Cailin is Ross's date whom he brings to watch Joey's play in "The One With The Screamer". Unfortunately Ross focuses more on Tommy, Rachel's date after he screams at an elderly couple sitting in their seats.
Cailin is played by Laura Cayouette who is best known for Django Unchained, Enemy of the State and Hell Ride.
