Charla Nichols is a girl in "The One Where Rachel Quits" who was part of the Brown Birds selling cookies to people, along with Sarah Tuttle. During the scene where the Troop leader sees who has sold the most cookies, Charla acts really rude to Ross for breaking Sarah's leg, even though it was an accident and calls him a scrud (which is not even a word) and was revealed to have sold 278 boxes of cookies, much less than Ross had.
