Danny DeVito plays Roy "Goodbody" in season 10 episode "The One Where The Stripper Cries".

History[]

Before he appears on Friends Danny DeVito became popular in the hit show Taxi and later appeared in such films as Twins, playing the brother of Arnold Schwarzenegger. He would return to television with a starring role on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. His other best known roles include Harry Wormwood in the film adaptation of Roald Dahl's Matilda, Penguin/Oswald Cobblepot in Batman Returns, the titular character in The Lorax, Martini in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest and Sid in LA Confidential.

He has also appeared in various films alongside guest stars from Friends including Virgin Suicides, Romancing the Stone, War of the Roses and Jewel of the Nile with Kathleen Turner, who played Chandler's dad, Solitary Man with Susan Sarandon (who played Cecelia Munroe) and Throw Moma from the Train with Billy Crystal.

He appeared in only one episode, "The One Where The Stripper Cries". He had its own CD recorder and remote control. He was hired as a Policeman named Officer Goodbody (real name Roy) as they gave Phoebe a proper send off over Tea and Sandwiches.
