Mrs. Braverman is a resident of Rachel, Monica, Chandler and Joey's apartment building. Her apartment is on the first floor in front of the mailboxes of the building.
In "The One With All The Cheesecakes", Chandler and Rachel eat a cheesecake that she had ordered from "Momma's Little Bakery" in Chicago, IL, while Mrs. Braverman was away, and which was accidentally delivered to Monica and Chandler's apartment. She asks the bakery for a free cheesecake, which again accidentally gets delivered to Monica and Chandler's apartment. Chandler and Rachel return the cheesecake to her doorstep, but when they come back hours later seeing it untouched, they promptly steal it.
