Gabrielle Union plays Kristen Leigh, a woman just moving into a new apartment who has a double date with Ross and Joey in "The One With The Cheap Wedding Dress".
Gabrielle Union was born in Omaha, Nebraska, on October 29, 1972. She moved with her family to Pleasanton, California, when she was eight. In high school, Gabrielle became an all-around athlete and played on the sports team while at University. Needing to pay off her debts, she embarked on an internship at a modelling agency but was continuing to train in law. However during her internship, her agent discovered she could act and Gabrielle got her first acting job in Saved by the Bell. Since then she has continued to have supporting roles in films and TV shows.
