Jennifer Rhodes played Mrs Lynch, one of the interview panelists when Rachel applies for promotion at Bloomingdale's in The One Where They're Going To Party.
Jennifer Rhodes was born in Rosiclare, Illinois (August 17th, 1947) and became hooked on acting at Southern Illinois University going on to study at the Herbert Berghof Studio. Among her numerous tv and film credits are L.A. Law and Fame. Jennifer played the mother in Heathers opposite Winona Ryder who appears later in the series as Melissa in The One With Rachel's Big Kiss.
