Judith "Judy" Geller is the mother of Ross Geller and Monica Geller and wife to Jack Geller. She is critical of Monica, in particular her usual lack of a boyfriend and she favors Ross. Her intense, albeit well-meant, criticism of Monica may in some way be responsible for Monica's obsessive sense of cleanliness and order.
