Margaret Julia ''Marlo'' Thomas (born November 21, 1937) is a Lebanese-American actress, producer, and activist famous for starring on the sitcom That Girl from 1966-1971. She is also known for being an activist for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, founded by her father, actor Danny Thomas in 1962, serving as the National Hospital Director. She portrayed Sandra Green, the mother of Rachel Green.
