Terri Garr played Phoebe Abbott in "The One At The Beach", where she eventually discloses to Phoebe Buffay that she's her birth mother, and appeared in "The One With The Jellyfish" and "The One With Phoebe's Uterus".

Teri Ann Garr was born on December 11th, 1944[1] in Lakewood, Ohio and is an actress, dancer, singer and comedian but retired in 2011. Terri appeared in nine Elvis Presley musicals but is best known for her comedy film appearances including Young Frankenstein and Tootsie, the latter earning her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. She became a regular guest on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.

At the start of chapter 2 of her memoir Speedbumps, Garr declines to give her age. A few pages later, she indicates that she was 11 when her father died in September 1956. This fact places her birth year as 1944.
