Joey's agent, Estelle, dies, but Phoebe, worried about how he'll take it since so many things are changing, impersonates Estelle's voice and pretends to still be alive. Janice almost moves into the neighboring house Chandler and Monica are buying. Ross tries to get Rachel her old job back so she won't move to Paris.
