Tony is an employee at Alessandro's. He instantly disliked Monica and her becoming the new head chef. This is because the previous head chef, Emilio is his father. Also among the employees are his brother Carlos and his sister Marie.
Sometime later, he stops harassing Monica when he realizes he could get sacked if he continues.
